I love my food and think I have a balanced diet but definitely don't eat enough leafy greens. These are great to add to the side of any dish to give it a healthy boost and taste great too. I was worried they wouldn't last too long before they started to wilt but lasted great in my fridge, stayed fresh like they had just been harvested! Great flavour too - fresh, earthy, slightly sweet. Will be ordering more.
As a whole family we tried a signature mix salad & a box of red cabbage shoots. I was expecting mutiny from 3 teens but the story behind the concept got them interested to give it all a try and actually we nearly ate the whole lot in one sitting as the accompaniment to our meal! The different flavours are so pronounced, & the fresh crunchiness was amazing! What was left got added into lunchtime wraps the next day & really lifted all the flavours - no need for dressings, mayo or processed relish
